How can I reserve an apartment?
In order to reserve an apartment, you have to fill in the form in the apartment page, your name, Email address, Phone number, dates and the number of people. Simply click on the button “Submit”
We will contact you ASAP letting you know the price for renting the apartment for the period you asked.
If the apartment is not available we will send you other apartments options so you can chose the best option fitting you.

I want to know if the apartment includes sheets and towels.
All of the apartments provide sheets and towels!  

 At what time can I check-in and check-out of the apartment?
This is flexible depending if the apartment is available , if guests need to check out at the same day you check in ,the check in will be from 14:00 and check out until 11:00 , However at most places you can come and  leave your luggage .

Does the total price include expenses or taxes? 
Yes – The total price includes all taxes.

Is cleaning included in the total price?
Yes- The cleaning fees are included in the total price.

How do I get the booking confirmation? 
The confirmation of your booking will be sent to the e-mail address that you used in the reservation form. In the confirmation you will find: 
1. The exact address of the apartment
2. The contact person’s details and detailed information about how to collect the keys

How do I collect the keys of the apartment? 
When you receive the booking confirmation by e-mail, you will get detailed instructions with the exact address of the apartment and your contact person, who will meet you and explain you how to get there.
